The “Stamatia” Hotel is one of the most prestigious and extremely popular hotels of Ayia Napa. The hotel is well known for its friendly staff and relaxed holiday environment. We are thrilled to announce that STAMATIA HOTEL has completed major renovations and reopened with a completely new look in April 2017 with extra pool area renovation in winter 2018. Just 328 feet from Aya Napa Fun Park and Aya Napa Beach, the Stamatia is a 3-star hotel offering a large pool, open-air dining, and rooms with private bathrooms. All air-conditioned rooms include balconies and some boast sea views. Each comes with satellite TV, direct telephone line and a hairdryer. Stamatia’s restaurant offers Mediterranean and international food prepared from fresh local ingredients. Guests can also enjoy al fresco Greek cuisine beside the pool, or try exotic cocktails at the Dionysius bar. For relaxation, the hotel has several sun terraces and a TV lounge. Younger visitors can enjoy their own playground and a paddling pool. The Stamatia Hotel is 394 feet from Aya Napa's fishing harbor with its many restaurants and taverns. The maximum capacity of all type of rooms except the Family Rooms, is three adults (folded bed or armchair bed for third adult) or Two Adults and two children. (Children will be accommodated on\ armchair bed, extra folded bed or bunk Beds). Please note that a room with additional 2 extra folded beds or Bunk beds will be crowded. Cyprus Green Tax / Overnight Hotel Levy Effective 2026 an overnight hotel levy will apply and will be payable directly at the hotel upon departure of the guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and is mandated by the Cypriot government for all guests.
