Sirocco is a newly renovated hotel which is situated on the southern part of Corfu overlooking the east towards the Greek mainland; the location of this newly designed hotel, is what inspired its name, since Sirocco is a nautical term which is used by sailors in the Mediterranean Sea to describe the south-eastern wind which comes from the Sahara desert.
